Remove the battery negative cable.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the engine cover and the turbo delivery pipe.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the electric connection for the glow plug to cylinder 1.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the heat shields over the turbo compressor, exhaust manifold and the starter motor.
|
|
5.
|
Raise the car and remove the bottom engine cover.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the turbocharger oil return pipe from the turbocharger.
|
|
7.
|
Lower the car and remove the turbocharger oil return pipe from the cylinder block.
|
|

|
Connect the turbocharger oil return pipe using a new gasket to the turbocharger, but do not tighten.
|
|
2.
|
Connect the turbocharger oil return pipe to the cylinder block.
Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 lbf ft).
|
|
3.
|
Raise the car and tighten the turbocharger oil return pipe to the turbocharger.
Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 lbf ft).
|
|
4.
|
Refit the bottom engine cover and lower the car.
|
|
5.
|
Refit the heat shields over the exhaust manifold, turbocharger and the starter motor.
|
|
6.
|
Plug in the connector for the glow plug to cylinder 1.
|
|
7.
|
Fit the turbo delivery pipe and the engine cover.
|
|
8.
|
Check the oil level and top up as necessary.
|
|
9.
|
Connect the battery negative cable.
|
|
10.
|
Adjust the clock in the car and press 5 times on the remote control lock/unlock button.
|
|
11.
|
Start the engine and check for leaks.
|
