The Night Panel function in SID turns off the lighting for the higher end of the speedometer scale (above 140 km/h) under normal conditions. If the vehicle speed exceeds a given level in km/h, then the lighting for the lower end of the speedometer scale will light up. This command enables alteration of the speed at which the main instrument unit lights up the higher end of the speedometer scale when Night Panel is active. The works setting is 134 km/h.
The adjustment can be checked by activating with the diagnostic tool.
