Put protection on the wings.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the upper engine cover.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the bolts retaining the intake manifold.
|
|
6.
|
Take up the weight of the engine.
|
|
8.
|
Dismantle the selector lever link and remove the mounting pad nut.
|
|
9.
|
Undo and remove the bracket from the gearbox.
|
|
10.
|
Undo and remove the engine mounting pad from the subframe.
|
|

|
Position the mounting pad in the subframe and thread on the nuts.
|
|
2.
|
Position the bracket and tighten the bolts to torque.
Tightening torque: 85 Nm (65 lbf ft)
|
|
3.
|
Thread on the nut securing the mounting pad to the bracket and fit the selector lever link.
|
|
4.
|
Tighten the nuts securing the mounting pad to the subframe.
Tightening torque: 85 Nm (65 lbf ft)
|
|
5.
|
Lower the car and take up the weight of the engine.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the lifting sling.
|
|
7.
|
Tighten the nut securing the mounting pad to the bracket.
Tightening torque: 45 Nm (35 lbf ft)
|
|
8.
|
Fit the protective cap over the intake.
|
|
9.
|
Remove the wing protection and shut the bonnet.
|
