1. Washer fluid, top up.
2. Battery condition, check.
3. Main fuse no. 1 in the main fuse box, fitting.
4. A/C, ACC fuse 5 in the engine bay main fuse box, fitting.
5. Anti-theft alarm, affixing labels
6. JP: Affixing warning labels.
7. SE, FI: Child seat label, affixing.
8. Blanking-off washer for driver's door and boot lid locks, fitting.
9. Saab Information Display: set the clock, program the SID.
10. ACC unit, programming
11. Check functionality of wash-wipe systems
12. Check tyre pressure and fill if needed (inc. spare wheel).
13. Check oil and fluid levels, inspect for leaks, top up. Engine, automatic transmission and power steering.
14. Check coolant and fluid levels, inspect for leaks, top up. Cooling system, brake and clutch systems.
15. Connect electric lead to boost pressure control valve.
16. Handbrake, adjusting.
17. Underbody, raise the car and check the underbody with respect to transit damage. Note that the rust protection must be intact.

Lift the car using the illustrated points only.


18. If necessary: Brake disc transport protection, removing.
19. Aero: Transport support, removing.
20. Rear axle mounting, retightening.
21. Cover in spoiler, fitting. Fit the tools and the included accessories. Aero: Radio aerial rod, fitting. Aero/Viggen in US, CA, PA, JP and AU markets: Front towing eyes, removing.
22. EU: "Certificate of Conformity". Include this document in the customer's vehicle documents.
23. TWICE control module, programming.
24. Diagnostic trouble codes, delete in all control modules.
25. Road test
26. SE, US, CA: DTCs after road test. Check that no new DTCs have been detected in the management systems for the engine and automatic transmission.
27. Cleaning
Warning

Lengthy and repeated contact with mineral oil removes the natural oils from your skin, drying it out and causing irritation. If oil has been swallowed, do not provoke vomiting. Call a doctor.
