Outer sill widener, large 3D Aero/Viggen

Remove the mudguard by unscrewing the three screws and drilling out the plastic rivet.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the plastic nuts securing the sill scuff plate.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the sill moulding.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the sill scuff plate from the weld screws. Pull the sill scuff plate rearwards to loosen it from the guide at the top edge.

Fit the scuff plate in place by sliding it onto the guides in the top and the weld screw by the rear wheel housing.

|
2.
|
Refit the sill scuff plate.
|
|
3.
|
Tighten the plastic nuts.
|
|
4.
|
Refit the splash guard and fit a new plastic rivet.
|
