Motor and sensor, backrest adjustment

Take the front seat out of the car, see .
|
|
2.
|
Undo the straps holding the backrest upholstery at the bottom.
|
|
3.
|
Release the upholstery strips on the underside.
|
|
4.
|
Undo the 2 screws holding the plastic plate and pull the plate out of the backrest upholstery.
|
|
5.
|
Undo the rear of the backrest upholstery by releasing the upholstery strips along the sides and folding back.
|
|
6.
|
Release the upholstery strips along one side at the rear of the backrest frame.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the knob for the lumbar support adjustment.
|
|
8.
|
Detach the upholstery hooks in the underside of the backrest.
|
|
9.
|
Fold aside the upholstery and cushion at the side of the backrest.
|
|
10.
|
Unscrew the motor for the backrest adjustment, 2 screws.
|
|
11.
|
Lift the motor off the gear wheel.
|
|
12.
|
Unplug the connector for the backrest adjustment motor.
|
Fit in reverse order.
