BACKGROUND

Due to variations in material the gasket is insuficiant and oil leakage appears.

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION

The technician found a rough surface on the inside radius of the o-ring groove near the lower mounting bolt.

ACTION

Seal the gasket with Loctite Ultra grey 5699 Partno: 87 81 841, alt: Loctite 5970 Part no: 83 95 691

Retorqe bolts with 24 Nm.
