| Description |
The cooling system is pressurised type with crossflow radiator and expansion tank.
The coolant pump is a radial type and is integrated into the engine and located on the right-hand side of the engine. The pump is driven by the crankshaft, via the toothed belt circuit.
The thermostat, which is the traditional wax type, is located on the outlet side in a housing on the front of the cylinder head. The thermostat as an opening temperature of 92°C. The expansion tank is located in the engine bay, on the left-hand side. In the coolant filler cap is also a safety valve, which opens at 1.4 bar. The car is equipped with an electric radiator fan located behind the radiator.
