Gearbox delivery line to central disengager and/or delivery line retaining sleeve, replace, F17

Remove the gearbox - see

1.

Detach the delivery line (2) from the central disengager.
|
|
2.
|
Unlock the delivery line retaining sleeve (1) on the clutch housing (arrows) and detach it from the gearbox by turning the delivery line slightly upwards.

|
3.
|
Detach the delivery line retaining sleeve from the delivery line using a suitable screwdriver (carefully pry up the retaining lugs (3)) and remove it. Remove the delivery line.

4.
|
Check the delivery line O-ring, delivery line and retaining sleeve for damage. Replace if necessary.

Caution
Check the condition of the O-ring (2) and that it is properly situated. A damaged or faulty O-ring will cause leaks.

Insert the delivery line in the clutch housing. Insert the delivery line retaining sleeve (1), making sure that the lug on the sleeve fits into the groove (arrow) on the clutch housing.

|
2.
|
Fit the delivery line on the central disengager - tightening torque 14 Nm.
