On-board diagnosis
Type of diagnosis:
Enable criteria:
Fault criteria:
| When the current is 0A and the relay is activated. |
System reaction to a fault:
| Control module output turned off for 2 seconds. |
OK report:
| Fault criteria NOT fulfilled. |
Checking the wiring harness
Move the wiring harness at several spots and in several directions to reveal intermittent breaks and short-circuits. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, retracted pins and pin clamping force.
