Pipe between EGR cooler - EGR valve, Z19DT

Remove the upper engine cover (A) and insulation.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the hose between the throttle body and the turbo delivery pipe (A).
|
|
3.
|
Remove the exhaust return's metal pipe (A).
|
|

|
Fit the pipe for the EGR cooler (A). Do not tighten the clip yet.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the pipe for the EGR valve (B).
Tightening torque to EGR valve 20 Nm (15 lbf ft)
|
|
3.
|
Tighten the clip (C) for the EGR cooler.
Tightening torque to exhaust manifold 20 Nm (15 lbf ft)
|
|
4.
|
Fit the hose between the throttle body and the turbo delivery pipe (A).
|
|
5.
|
Fit the upper engine cover (A) and insulation.
|
