| Background |
In certain cars the seal for the boot lid light cluster is fitted in the wrong position. This means that water can penetrate into the lamp housing.
In the case of customer complaint, the following procedure must be carried out.

16 - 32 025 043 (CA: 10953479) Rubber moulding adhesive (sufficient for 25 light clusters)
| Procedure |
| 1. |
Remove the light cluster, see WIS 3. Electrical System - Lighting and signalling systems - Exterior lighting - Adjustment/Replacement - Rear lamp, boot lid, CV.

Remove the seal from the lamp housing.
|

| 3. |
Drain the water from the lamp housing and wipe clean the edge of the lamp housing.
|

| 4. |
Apply the adhesive to the edge of the lamp housing and bond the seal to the rear of the lamp housing. Check that the seal is correctly fitted.

Fit the light cluster, see WIS 3. Electrical System - Lighting and signalling systems - Exterior lighting - Adjustment/Replacement - Rear lamp, boot lid, CV.
