The task of the actuator is to convert electronic instructions from the ECM control module in order to regulate a negative pressure that can act on the diaphragm in the swirl throttle switch. The negative pressure comes from the engine's vacuum pump, which always generates a predetermined negative pressure.
PWM controlled motor with position feedback.
