Enable criteria:
| Engine running and not in limp home mode. |
| Selector lever not in position D. |
| The following diagnostic trouble codes may not be generated: |
| Gearbox Fluid Temperature |
Fault criteria:
| The control unit checks the shifting continuously and generates a trouble code if shift-up or shift-down is not performed correctly. |
