Remove the engine protection cover.

Remove the top of the tooth belt cover - see
Tooth belt cover top part, removing and fitting

Take off the cable set connector for the camshaft position sensor (1) - expose the cable. Remove the camshaft position sensor (2) from the cylinder head.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the camshaft sensor to the cylinder head - fit the bolts with locking compound (red) - tightening torque 8 Nm.

| 2. |
Put together the camshaft position sensor cable set connector - note the cable routing.

Fit the top of the tooth belt cover - see
Tooth belt cover top part, removing and fitting

| 4. |
Fit the engine cover.
|
|
