Throttle body, removing and fitting

1.
|
Remove the engine protection cover.
|
|
2.
|
Pull off the cable set connector (1) from the heat film mass airflow sensor. Remove the intake manifold together with the heat film mass airflow sensor - see
Air filter housing, air control
.

|
3.
|
Pull off the throttle connection cable set connector (5).
|
|
4.
|
Pull off the crankcase ventilation hose (1) and the tank vent valve line (2) from the throttle valve connection.
|
|
5.
|
Remove the coolant hoses (3) from the throttle valve connection - collect the coolant.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the retaining bolts (4) - remove the throttle valve connection from the intake manifold.
|
|
1.
|
Fit the throttle valve connection together with a new seal onto the intake manifold - tightening torque 8 Nm.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the coolant hoses to the throttle valve connection.
|
|
3.
|
Fit the crankcase ventilation hose and the tank vent valve line on the throttle valve connection.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the cable set connector onto the throttle valve connection.
|
|
6.
|
Fit the airflow sensor cable set connector.
|
