Raise the car.

Remove the lower engine cover.
|
|
| 3. |
Place
83 96 145 Centring fixture, subframe - engine
with
83 96 368 Supplementary kit to centring fixture
to the left of the front axle member. The guide bolt must be in the hole int he front axle member. Put both holders on the right-hand side of the front axle member. The guide bolt must be in the hole in the front axle member.

Remove the bolt for the A/C compressor bracket. Fit
32 025 007 Mounting fixture
with adapter.

| 5. |
Set the support on the gearbox side by turning the spindles until the mountings are firmly against the guide pins and the transmission side by setting the support pins firmly in the angle holder. Tighten the lock nuts.

| 6. |
Lower the car.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the air cleaner casing.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the engine pad on the right-hand side.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the engine pad on the right-hand side.
Tightening torque 55 Nm (41 lbf ft). 
|

| 2. |
Raise the car.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove
32 025 007 Mounting fixture
.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the bolt to the A/C compressor bracket.
Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 lbf ft). |
|
| 5. |
Remove
83 96 145 Centring fixture, subframe - engine
.
|
|
| 6. |
Fit the lower engine cover.
|
|
| 7. |
Lower the car.
|
|
| 8. |
Fit the air filter housing.
|
