Remove the EGR cooler
.

Remove the coolant hose.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the thermostat and gasket.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the thermostat complete with new gasket.
Tightening torque 25 Nm (18 lbf ft). 
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the coolant hose.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the EGR cooler
