| BACKGROUND |
It has come to our attention that some misunderstanding has occurred regarding the need to replace remote/transponder units in conjunction with a CIM change.
| CONDITIONS |
When fitting a new or replacement CIM it is possible to use existing transponder remotes but care must be taken to follow the WIS instruction to correctly copy stored data.
Pay particular attention to the instruction for using existing keys.
Ensure Tech 2 has the latest software loaded before commencing work. See TIS 2 Web/software download if update is needed.
