Remove the battery cover (A).
|
|
3.
|
Pull away the cooling module's cable set connector (A).
|
|
4.
|
Detach and lift away the fan cowling from the radiator and let it stand on the subframe.
|

|

2 x unscrew the bolt (arrows)
|
|
5.
|
Suspend two cable ties (A) over the radiator member and the radiator core.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the front spoiler shield.
|
|
|

1 x electrical connection (B)

|
8.
|
Suspend the radiator core with the straps (A).
|
|
9.
|
Remove the lower mountings for the radiator core (B).
|
|
10.
|
Push the radiator core forwards and carefully lift down the fan cowling.
|
|

|
Lift up the fan cowling onto the subframe.
|
|
2.
|
Lift up the radiator. Make sure that the radiator's upper rubber pads engage in their mountings. Fit the lower mountings for the radiator to the subframe (B).
Tightening torque 47 Nm (35 lbf ft)

|
Remove the straps (A).
|
|
4.
|
Fit the front spoiler shield.
|
|
|

|
|
6.
|
Fit the fan cowling to the radiator.
|
|
|

2 x fit the bolt (arrows)
|
|
7.
|
Fit the cooling module's cable set connector (A).
|
|
8.
|
Fit the battery cover (A).
