Detach the hose on the water port.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the front water port.
|
|

Remove the bolt (A).
|

Remove the water port (B) from the EGR cooler.
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the front water port:
|
|
| • |
Fit a new O-ring (C) on the water port. Lubricate the O-ring with Vaseline.

Fit the water port (B) to the EGR cooler.
|
| • |
Fit the bolt (A).
|
| 2. |
Attach the hose on the water port.
