| 1. |
Place the car on a lift.

| 2. |
Raise the car.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the tank strap.
|
|

If both tank straps are to be replaced then remove and fit them one at a time.
|

Place a column lift under the tank.
|
| • |
Remove the connector (A) from its bracket.
|
| • |
Remove the bolts (B) for the tank strap (C).
|
| • |
Remove the tank strap (C).
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the tank strap.
|
|
| • |
Secure the tank strap (C) and fit the bolts (B).
|
| • |
Remove the column lift.
|
| • |
Fit the connector (A) to its bracket.
|
| 2. |
Lower the car.
Check that components and connections have not sustained damage. |
