Remove the roof

Drill out the spot welds.
|
|
| 3. |
Bend down the roof member mounting so that roof member can be tapped out.

Tap out the roof member. Start from one side and tap it downwards/forwards.

Grind all surfaces that are to be welded.
|
|
| 2. |
Apply welding primer to the surfaces that are to be welded.
|
|
| 3. |
Grind the roof member mounting and fit the part in place.
|
|
| 4. |
Straighten the panel.
|
|
| 5. |
Secure with some clamps.
|
|
| 6. |
Weld the part in place.
|
|
| 7. |
Fit the roof.
|
|
