Pipe between manifold - EGR cooler Z19DTH

1.

Remove the upper engine cover (A) and insulation.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the intake hose (A).
|
|
3.
|
Undo the two bolts (A) for the EGR cooler slightly.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the radiator's pipe connections (A) from the EGR cooler and the manifold and lift the pipe away.
|
|
1.
|
Fit the pipe for the EGR cooler (A). Do not tighten the clip yet.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the pipe for the manifold (B).
Tightening torque to exhaust manifold 20 Nm (15 lbf ft)
|
|
3.
|
Tighten the clip for the EGR cooler (C).
|
|
4.
|
Tighten the radiator's bolts to the cylinder head.
Tightening torque to cylinder head 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)
|
|
5.
|
Fit the intake hose (A).
|
|
6.
|
Fit the upper engine cover (A) and insulation.
|
