Remove the engine cover and insulation.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the two bolts holding the EGR pipe.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the solenoid valve connector.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the engine cover mounting.
|
|
5.
|
Remove the four bolts of the solenoid valve. Lift away the unit.
|
|

|
Clean the sealing surfaces and use a new gasket.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the solenoid valve unit.
Tightening torque 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)
|
|
3.
|
Fit the engine cover mounting.
|
|
4.
|
Connect the solenoid valve connector.
|
|
5.
|
Clean the EGR pipe sealing surfaces, use a new gasket. Fit the EGR pipe.
|
|
6.
|
Fit the insulation and the upper engine cover.
|
