The exhaust system is designed to discharge the engine exhaust gases with a low flow resistance, low noise level and long life.
The exhaust system consists of four sections; a front section with forward located catalytic converter, an intermediate pipe, a particle trap and a rear section with silencer. The end pipes are bent down and finish inside the bumper shell.
The exhaust system is supported from seven rubber mountings.
