Hose, air cleaner connection, Z19DTR

/ 9-3 (9440) / 2010 / 2. Engine / 4-cylinder diesel / Intake system / Adjustment/replacement / Hose, air cleaner connection, Z19DTR

To remove

1.	Place the car on a lift.

2.	Remove the upper engine cover and insulation.

3.	Remove Upper radiator member, Z19DTR .

4.	Raise the car.

5.	Undo the hose clip (A) of the turbocharger intake manifold.

6.	Lower the car.

7.	Remove the right headlamp with bolts (B) and undo the connector (C).

8.	Undo the hose clips (D) and move aside the mass air flow sensor (E) and hose (F).

9.	Remove the 3 bolts (G) of the crankcase ventilation pipe.

10.	Unplug the connector (H) of the camshaft position sensor.

11.	Remove the bolts (I) and remove the holder.

12.	Remove the bolts (J), undo the hose clamp (K) of the turbocharger delivery pipe and remove the pipe.

13.	Detach the crankcase ventilation pipe (L) from the turbocharger intake manifold.

14.	Remove the bolt (M) and cut the cable tie (N) of the turbocharger intake manifold.

15.	Lift out the turbocharger intake manifold.

To fit

1.	Secure the turbocharger intake manifold.

2.	Fit a cable tie (N) and bolt (M) to the turbocharger intake manifold.

3.	Attach the crankcase ventilation pipe (L) to the turbocharger intake manifold.

4.	Fit the hose clamp (K) and bolts (J) to the turbocharger delivery pipe.

5.	Fit the holder with bolts (I).

6.	Plug in the connector (H) of the camshaft position sensor.

7.	Fit the 3 bolts (G) of the crankcase ventilation pipe.

8.	Secure the mass air flow sensor (E) and hose (F) in position and tighten the hose clamps (D).

9.	Plug in the connector (C) and fit the right headlamp with bolts (B).

10.	Raise the car.

11.	Tighten the hose clamp (A) of the turbocharger intake manifold.

12.	Lower the car.

13.	Fit Upper radiator member, Z19DTR .

14.	Fit the insulation and upper engine cover.
