On-board diagnosis
Type of diagnosis:
Enable criteria:
| Battery voltage must be between 10 - 18 V. |
| Engine speed under 40 rpm. |
| The coolant temperature is between 5 °C and 85 °C. |
| The intake air temperature is between 5 °C and 60 °C. |
| The pedal position sensor position is lower than 15%. |
Fault criteria:
| When the signal from throttle position sensor 1 is not between 0.2 and 0.9 V during the self-programming process. |
| When the signal from throttle position sensor 4 is not between 4.2 and 4.8 V during the self-programming process. |
| Throttle programming fails after replacing the engine control module. |
