Example of a fan connected to the exhaust extractor. The fan should be positioned outside of the premises so that a negative pressure is obtained in the entire duct. This minimises the risk of leaks.

The size of the fan depends on the number of extraction points (exhaust extractor, welding extractor, etc) as well as the diameter and grade of the hoses. Each hose has its own pressure drop. This makes it vital to correctly calculate fan size in order to achieve the correct suction rate and prevent soot particles from fastening in the ventilation system, which would reduce suction power.

Capacity: 1000-12000 m 3 /h.

The fan is connected to 1-phase or 3-phase.
