Select a front-fed unit with sliding basket that can handle item weights up to 200 kg. The basket's dimensions should be approx. 800x800x700 mm (BxDxH).
The rinse pressure should be approx. 4 bar and the heating output approx. 10 kW, which generates a washing temperature of 70-90 °C. A sound-insulated machine is preferable.
The wash unit should be placed with other units in areas where major overhauls, e.g. engines, are performed. It is also important that it is close to water for filling and drainage for changing wash water.
