Remove the propeller shaft. See

Drain the fluid from the transfer case. See

| 3. |
Dismantle the dust cover (A).
|
|
| 4. |
Drill a 2 mm hole in the middle of the sealing ring.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit a 3 mm self-tapping screw in the hole.
|
|
| 6. |
Dismantle the sealing ring using pliers.
|

| To fit |
| 1. |
1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
|
|
| 2. |
2. Lubricate and fit the sealing ring, use tool
DT-49061 Climbing cone
and
DT-49097 Fitting drift.
|
|
| 3. |
3. Place a little grease on the dust cover's inner diameter.
|
|
| 4. |
4. Fit a new dust cover (A), use tool

5. Fill with fluid. See
