Open the tailgate.

Remove the upper window cover plate.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the side cover plates.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the speaker grilles.
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the two-stage rivets using
84 71 179 Removal tool, clips
.
|
|
| 6. |
Remove the trim screws.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the trim by pulling it straight down.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the trim clips on the tailgate.
|
|
| 2. |
Put in place the trim and press in the trim clips.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the trim screws.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the two-stage rivets
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the speaker grilles.
|
|
| 6. |
Fit the side cover plates.
|
|
| 7. |
Fit the upper window cover plate.
|
|
| 8. |
Check the fit of the trim.
