| Lower Intake Manifold Assemble Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the fuel injector rail.
|

Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the fuel injector rail bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

| 3. |
Install the fuel injector wiring harness connector.
|

| Upper Intake Manifold Assemble Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the NEW throttle body gasket (2).
|
|
| 2. |
Install the throttle body (3).
|
|
| 3. |
Install the throttle unit's pipe bolts (4) and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.

|
| Upper to Lower Intake Manifold Assemble Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the NEW upper-to-lower intake manifold gaskets (3, 5).

| 2. |
Install the upper intake manifold (1) to the lower intake manifold (4).
|
|
| 3. |
Install the fuel injector wiring harness bracket (3).
Install the fuel injector wiring harness bracket bolt (2) to the upper intake manifold (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

| 4. |
Install the fuel rail feed hose bracket (1).
|
|
| 5. |
Install the attaching bolt (3) for the fuel rail's feed hose on the upper intake manifold (2) and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.

|
| 6. |
Install the upper-to-lower intake manifold bolts (2) and tighten to
23 Nm (17 lb ft)
.
