Intake Manifold Assemble (LF1, LFW or LFX)

Fit NEW compression limiters in plastic (1).

| 2. |
Fit NEW gaskets to the lower manifold (3).
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the lower manifold (2) with bolt (1).
|
|
| 4. |
Tighten the lower manifold's bolts (1) to
7 Nm (62 lb in).

| 5. |
Install the MAP sensor (2).
|
|
| 6. |
Install the MAP-sensor's bolt (1) and tighten to
4 Nm (35 lb in)

| 7. |
Install the EVAP solenoid (1).
|
|
| 8. |
Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.
|
|
| 9. |
Install the NEW throttle body seal (3).
|
|
| 10. |
Install the throttle body (2).
|
|
| 11. |
Install the throttle unit's pipe bolts (1) and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.
