Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to

Remove the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to

Remove the primary latch bracket. Refer to

Remove the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to

| 6. |
Remove the radiator air upper seal. Refer to

|
| 7. |
Remove the radiator air lower seal. Refer to

Remove the radiator air side seal. Refer to

Remove the radiator air side baffles. Refer to

| 10. |
Remove the air conditioner condenser. Refer to

Remove the charge air cooler. Refer to

| 12. |
Remove the radiator inlet hose. Refer to

Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to
Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU)
Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF1)

Remove the radiator upper support bracket bolts (1).
|
|
| 15. |
Remove the radiator upper support brackets (2).
|
|
| 16. |
Remove the radiator (1) from the vehicle.
|
|
| Installation Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the radiator (1) to the vehicle.
|
|
| 2. |
Install the radiator upper support brackets (2).
|
|
| 3. |
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the radiator upper support bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in) . |

| 4. |
Install the radiator outlet hose. Refer to
Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU)

Install the radiator inlet hose. Refer to

Install the charge air cooler. Refer to

| 7. |
Install the air conditioning condenser. Refer to

| 8. |
Install the radiator air side baffles. Refer to

Install the radiator air side seal. Refer to

| 10. |
Install the radiator air lower seal. Refer to

Install the radiator air upper seal. Refer to

| 12. |
Install the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to
