Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .

2. Disconnect the air pump connectors. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .


1 Secondary Air Injection Pump Hose Fastener

Procedure

Disconnect the plastic retainer. Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

10 Nm (89 lb in)
