Preliminary Procedures
Electrically, PARK the rear window wiper arm prior to removing the rear window wiper arm.

Rear Window Wiper Arm Cover
Procedure
Remove the rear wiper arm cover, lift the rear edge of the cover from the wiper arm and push the cover off the rear window wiper blade.

Rear Window Wiper Arm Pivot Shaft Nut

Fastener Caution

Tighten
10 Nm (89 lb in)

Note

|
Clean the pivot shaft knurls with a soft wire brush prior to installing the new wiper arm.
