Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2. Remove the left wheel drive shaft. Refer to Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement .

Note
• For seal removal use GE-6125-1B hammer with DT-23129 remover .

• For seal installation use DT-8092 handle with J-46629-A installer.

• J-46629-A Axle Seal Installer
