Procedure
Turn the steering wheel to left and to the right in order to acess the fasteners.

Steering Column Upper Shroud
Procedure
Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to seperate the upper steering column shroud from the lower steering column shroud and from the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
