Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Belt Driven Compressor) .

Remove the air conditioning condenser and air conditioning evaporator tube from the TXV valve. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement .

Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) Refer to Fastener Caution .
