Remove the front fender insulator. Refer to

Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Bolts to Body (Qty: 4)
Refer to
Fastener Caution
Procedure
Remove the insulator pad between the fender and the hinge pillar to remove bolts.
Tighten
25 Nm (18 lb ft)

Procedure

Support the door during procedure.
|
|
2.
|
If installing a new door, transfer all the necessary components.
|
|
3.
|
Verify door is properly aligned. If door adjustments are needed.
|
|
Note
|
|
Apply several layers of masking tape to the door and fender in order to protect the painted finish.
|
|
Use a soft marker to outline around the outside of hinge for install purposes.
|
|
When re-installing door, align hinge with marks made during removal procedures.
|
