Remove the five nut filler plugs covering the rear end spoiler nut/bolt access.

Tighten
2.5 Nm (22 lb in)

Rear End Spoiler Nut (Qty: 5)
Tighten
6.0 Nm (53 lb in)

|
Plastic Tree Retainer (Qty: 2)
Procedure
Use a trim-type release tool to disengage the retainers from the liftgate outer panel.

|
Edge Type Clamp (Qty: 4)
|
Note
|
|
Reposition the edge type clamps on the spoiler tabs prior to re-installation.
|
|
|

|
Front Side Door Retainer (Qty: 2)

Rear End Spoiler
Procedure
|
1.
|
Disconnect the electrical connector from the liftgate electrical harness.
|
|
2.
|
Disconnect the rear window washer nozzle hose.
|
|
3.
|
Disengage the high mount stop lamp grommet from the liftgate outer panel.
|
|
4.
|
Ensure the trim edge isolator foam is in position prior to spoiler installation.
|
|
