Preliminary Procedures
|
1.

Open and support the liftgate assembly.
|
|
2.
|
Pull a portion of the liftgate weatherstrip off the pinch-weld flange away from the tail access hole cover.
|
|
3.
|
Grasp the cover and pull rearward away from the rear body panel.
|
|
|

Tail Lamp Access Hole Cover Retainer (Qty: 3)

Note
|
|
Replace any damaged retainer clips.
|

Procedure
|
1.
|
Position and align the tail lamp access hole cover alignment pins to the rear body panel holes.
|
|
2.
|
Firmly push inward until all three retainers are secure to the panel.
|
|
3.
|
Reposition the liftgate weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange.
|
|
