Component Name

Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .

Remove the front seat back cushion ventilation fan, if equipped. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Vent Fan Replacement .

Remove the driver or passenger seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .

Driver or Passenger Seat Lumbar Support

Disconnect electrical connector.

Gently pull the lumbar support system outward to disengage the lumbar support retainers from the seat back frame.
