Procedure

Raise the headrest to gain access to the head restraint bezel.
|

Twist the bezel counter clockwise and push the bezel upward on the head restraint shaft.

Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Clip (Qty: 2)
Procedure
Using a suitable pointed or flat-bladed tool, push the metal clip forward while pulling upward on the head restraint.
