Diagnostic procedure
1. Check vehicle fan

Remove the ACC/MCC panel.

Connect test lamp 86 11 857 to pin 3 in the ACC/MCC panel connector and a good grounding point.
|
|
| • |
Contact: SID.
|
|
| • |
Activate parking heater (ON).
|
|
| • |
The lamp should come on.
|
|
Test results OK?
| YES |

See the ACC/MCC service manual for further fault diagnosis procedures.

Go to point 2.
| NO |

Repair or replace the lead between the heater and the ACC/MCC panel.

2. Final check

Delete DTCs in all systems.

Activate parking heater (ON).

Perform a functionality check.
|
|

Evaluate the functionality check.
|

Check that the diagnostic trouble code has not recurred.
