| 1. |
Open the bonnet.

| 2. |
Raise the car to a suitable work height.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the centre grille as follows :

Lift it slightly to loosen the bottom.
|

Pull it forward and down so that the spring clips loosen.
|
| 4. |
Remove the side grille from the back by bending up the lower clips so that they loosen. Lift away the side grille.

Remove the battery cover.
|
|
| 6. |
Loosen the direction indicator lamp by pressing the catch down. Unplug the connector and remove the lamp.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the protective cover of the bulb to facilitate removal. Remove the screws and loosen the clip in the front wing.
Lift out the headlamp slightly to facilitate lamp connector removal. Unplug the connector and lift out the headlamp.

Remove the screws holding the bumper shell to the bumper member.
|
|
| 9. |
Remove the washer nozzle with protective cover by pressing in the clips on both sides with two small chisels. Press the clip down so that it releases and the nozzle can be removed. The refit the clip on the nozzle.

Remove the screws holding the bumper shell to the wing liners.
|
|
| 11. |
Remove the spoiler shield screws. Bend the bottom of the bumper shell down and remove the spoiler shield.

| 12. |
Remove the clips.
|
|
| 13. |
Unplug the connectors for the temperature sensor and the fog lights, if fitted.
|

| 14. |
First loosen the outer corners of both sides of the bumper so that they release from the wing and wing liner.

Loosen the bumper from the side and pull out the 6 tabs from the attachments.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Check the 6 tabs to ensure that none of them are damaged or bent.
|
|
| 2. |
Lift up the bumper and fit the tabs into the attachments.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the bumper over the wing liner. Press the clips into the mountings.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the bumper shell retaining screws into the bumper member.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the screws that hold the bumper on the wing liner.
|
|
| 6. |
Lift the connectors for the temperature sensor and fog lights, if fitted, in front of the air cleaner. Plug in the connectors.

| 7. |
Fit the spoiler shield by inserting the shield against the bumper shell. Fit the screws.
|
|
| 8. |
Check the lock function of the washer nozzle clip. Insert the washer nozzle with cover through the hole and pull the telescopic cylinder forward. Press the washer nozzle and telescopic cylinder together. Check that the clip locks securely.

| 9. |
Spray with "Contact 61" and plug in the headlamp connector. Angle the headlamp in against the mounting. Press the clip in place in the wing liner. Fit the screws holding the headlamp in place. Fit the bulb's protective cover.

Put the direction indicator connector back in place and plug it in. Place the direction indicator so that the three guide pins are correctly positioned. Press the direction indicator into place. Check that the lock clip fastens securely.

Fit the battery cover.
|
|
| 12. |
Fit the clips in the bumper shell.
|
|
| 13. |
Put the grilles in place. Fit them by pressing them into the correct position.
|
|
| 14. |
Close the bonnet and check the fit.
|
|
| 15. |
Check the beam setting and adjust as necessary.
|
