Fuel pressure valve, common rail

Remove the intake manifold from the mass air flow sensor of the turbo.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the upper engine cover.
|
|
3.
|
Detach the turbo pressure hose from the upper intake manifold.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the upper intake manifold.
|
|
5.
|
Loosen the banjo bolt for fuel return from the rear camshaft frame and the rear intake manifold mounting.
|
|
6.
|
Detach the connection on the valve for fuel pressure.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the fuel pressure value from the fuel rail.
|
|

|
Fit the fuel pressure valve on the fuel rail.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the connection on the fuel pressure value with a new seal.
|
|
3.
|
Fit the banjo bolt for fuel return with new seal to the rear camshaft frame and fit the rear intake manifold mounting.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the upper intake manifold with new seals.
|
|
5.
|
Attach the turbo pressure hose to the upper intake manifold.
|
|
6.
|
Replace the upper engine cover.
|
|
7.
|
Fit the intake manifold from the mass air flow sensor to the turbo.
Tightening torque, mass air flow sensor: 3.5 Nm (2.5 lbf ft)
