Remove the intake manifold from the mass air flow sensor of the turbo.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the upper engine cover.
|
|
3.
|
Detach the turbo pressure hose from the upper intake manifold.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the upper intake manifold.
|
|
5.
|
Remove the injection pipe.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the heat shield over the pressure sensor and its connection.
|
|
8.
|
Remove the fuel rail pressure sensor.
|
|

|
Fit the fuel rail pressure sensor.
|
|
2.
|
Fit the heat shield over the pressure sensor and its connection.
|
|
3.
|
Fit the fuel rail.
|
|
4.
|
Fit new injection pipes and the fuel return line with new seals.
|
|
5.
|
Fit the upper intake manifold with new seals.
|
|
6.
|
Attach the turbo pressure hose to the upper intake manifold.
|
|
7.
|
Replace the upper engine cover.
|
|
8.
|
Fit the intake manifold from the mass air flow sensor to the turbo.
Tightening torque, mass air flow sensor: 3.5 Nm (2.5 lbf ft)
