| 1. |
Place the intermediate shaft in a vice.
|
|
| 2. |
Remove the bearing retainer
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the small circlip.
|
|
| 4. |
Press the shaft out of the bearing using an hydraulic press,
87 92 210 Support, differential bearing
and
Press sleeve
87 90 859.
|
|
| 5. |
Press out the bearing with
87 91 311 Sleeve, bearing, driver shaft
and
87 92 236 Support F35, fitting speed gear
.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Press in the new bearing using
Sleeve, driver shaft bearing
87 90 461.
|
|
| 2. |
Press on the intermediate shaft with
87 90 487 Sleeve, differential bearing
.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the circlip.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the bearing retainer.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7 lbf ft) |
